very hard to assemble remote didn't work just a waste of money plus the 14.99 helium tank. Purchased at Amazon

this is an awesome item, it looks so cool floating thru the house and moves around almost like magic. We really enjoyed watching and playing with these air sharks. Absolutely fantastic idea. Keep them coming.

Ordered two sharks. Neither worked. The assembly instructions were simple enough. We tested the remote and pod to ensure the batteries were working, then attached the motor wire to the tail motor. We had lights but the remote did not activate the tail motor. We tested the batteries again. Nothing. Since we had a second shark, we checked the tail motor and pod with that one as well. The pod on the second shark didn't even make a connection with the battery (we tried several right out of the pack). No illumination. The remote on the second one illuminated when batteries were installed (yes, properly installed on both pod and remote). The remotes are paired with individual controllers, so we didn't try to cross Shark #1 remote with Shark #2 pod. We DID test the shark #2 tail motor with the shark #1 remote and pod. Still no success. We concluded that the pod motor on shark #1 must have been malfunctioning. We could not determine the problem with Shark #2 as the pod light never illuminated with a good battery. Necessary hooks were missing in shark #2. Finally, shark #2 did not stay inflated. This could be a slow leak or perhaps the florist that filled it, didn't seal the balloon properly - but lets be honest, that was the least of the problems we encountered with this dreadful purchase. Regardless, both sharks will be returned. I expect a full refund to include shipping. I did take something away from all of this: inventory the materials before proceeding with assembly of anything. Inflating both sharks, hassling with them back to our home, only to discover that parts are missing was pure craziness. Lesson learned. Otherwise, a complete waste of time and money.

I was looking at this item online and walked away from my computer. Somehow my computer malfunction and this purchase went through. I had no idea until about 2 hours later I received an email on my phone stating my purchase.I tried contacting seller and they ignored me. I pleaded that I did not have the money for this item and they had no feelings or did not care. So, I accepted the fact I was receiving this shark. I received it and waited until Christmas to open it up and get it started. Let me tell you, this is the worse made piece of you know what I have ever seen. It is cheaply made and I couldnt even tell where to hook the fins because they were not marked. Needless to say, I have a $80. balloon floating in my office as we speak and the remote does not work! Not to menting the helium tank I purchased for $20.00. Thank you for letting me vent!
