5Extremely well cut deckFeb 06, 2010
By J.E.T.
I got this deck over 6 months ago and have performed literally thousands of tricks with it. It's still in good condition. There are so many effects you can do, especially if you are good with slight of hand.

The best thing about this deck, though, is the cut. Nobody, I repeat, nobody has ever looked at the cards and thought there was something fishy about them. It is very slightly tapered on both sides, but the borders look great, the faces look great. I recently purchased a blue stripper deck from an online magic store in california and the deck they sent me is TERRIBLE. An 8 year old would spot the edges immediately. I didn't know it was even possible to cut a deck that poorly.

I am certainly not guaranteeing that the deck you buy will be cut so perfectly (I only bought one from here). I'm not sure exactly where they get them (Bicycle rejects? Cut their own? Maybe they could shed light here), so yours may not be like mine, but I do know that I'll buy my next one from these guys.

5Stripper deck works as advertisedSep 16, 2011

This stripper deck is exactly what I expected and is easy to use. The quality is also excellent. A great deck for beginning magicians!

1Gaffed and StrippedMay 10, 2012
By Alex Stalker "Quality Paracord Bracelets"
This is my first stripper deck so I might be wrong. I was under the impression that this is supposed to be a regular deck that is "stripped". The deck I received is "stripped" but over half the deck is also "gaffed" cards. There is no way I can fan these out our have someone pick a card without it being obvious that it is a trick deck. Half the cards are double faced, two suits on one card etc.

3Cut PoorlyApr 21, 2012
By Competent
Either my standards are too high or this deck has a very bad cut. Besides being excessively rough and misaligned the backs are also crooked, though not severely. Though I still plan to use the deck in order to preserve the Split Spades stripper deck I have (which is excellently cut and smooth), I probably will not buy this particular item again. As a nice bonus, the deck comes in an original Rider Back box instead of the new Standard box. If a spectator questions the cut of deck I plan to rant about USPC's move to KY as an excuse.

Even so, I urge you to only ever buy stripper decks made from USPC cards. For example, even with this fairly low-quality deck you can still pull half the deck back out if you riffle it backwards - not so with the cheap plastic finish of other stripper decks. I would much rather have a poorly cut deck that handles like a Rider Back then a straighter cut deck that handles like packaging tape.

4Nerd reviews card deckApr 13, 2009
By Greg Reese
Excellent deck, easy to use. The deck is slightly slanted and with a little practice you can use it to do some decent card tricks. It isn't marked but you can buy the stripper deck marked online, though I'd recommend buying a Boris Wild Marked Deck if you want marked ones that way you have the stripper deck separate.
